Managed Service Process: 

  • Assess existing technology environment and consult with business objectives. 
  • Analyze existing hardware, software, security and licensing posture to determine if theenvironment is in accordance with industry best practices and are applicable to the needs of the business.

  • Typically for a new Client we would do an assessment of the current technology being utilized in the business and make suggestions for upgrades. Once the initial upgrade project is complete, all the devices would be placed on a managed contract. This would include 24/7 remote monitoring, support, patch deployment, preventative maintenance.  All this will greatly reduce downtime and keep your employees productive.
